From the two observation decks of Burj Khalifa, you can get a bird's eye view of the breathtaking contrast of Dubai's landscape. You will be allowed entry to either one or both of them depending on your Burj Khalifa tickets. You can only do so here, where you can ride the quickest double-deck elevator to Arab arts and culture, traveling at 10 m/sec.
